SANITATION WORKER GETS $5,250,000 AFTER FORK LIFT RUNS OVER ANKLE
37 year old Sanitation Worker was plowing up a truck when a co-worker negligently drove a forklift over his ankle. He sustained a fractured ankle which required 2 surgeries as well developing post-operative complications. As a result, he never returned to work and was awarded a 3/4 tax free accident disability pension. Our office brought a lawsuit against the City of New York for the forklift driver's negligence.
