SANITATION WORKER INJURES SHOULDER USING BRUSH MOWER, GETS ¾ PENSION
Sanitation Worker assigned to Staten Island Lot Cleaning was using a brush mower when it unexpectantly toppled over due to a broken curb. He tore his shoulder and needed surgery, never returning to work. As a result, our office successfully represented him before NYCERS and obtained a ¾ tax free disability Pension. In addition, we have brought a lawsuit against the City of NY and property owner for having a defective and dangerous curb.
